Terms and Conditions

1. Packaging Requirements

• No tubes or tubular packaging.
• No shrink wrap, plastic, or paper bags. Items must be packaged in a box, bubble envelope, or "floppy bag".

2. Dimensions and Weight

• Maximum dimensions: 100 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm.
• Charges will be based on either dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is greater. For example, a package measuring 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm will be charged as 10 kg.

3. Prohibited Items

• No hazardous materials, including flammable aerosols, perfumes, and similar items.

4. Drop-Off Requirements

• All packages must be dropped off within 48 hours of paying for and printing the label.
• Drop-off must be before 2 PM local time daily for same-day collection.
• Drop-off locations are available at your nearest post office.
